Renfrewshire Council – 0300 300 0300 in emergency cases only. The Customer Service Centre in Paisley is closed from 2.30pm on Friday 23 December 2022 and re-opens at 8.45am on Thursday 5 January 2023. All of the council’s essential services such as care at home, homeless support, community meals and emergency repairs will continue to operate. The 24-hour emergency Homeless Help and Advice service can be called on 0141 618 7200.
